She was a senior lecturer in Social Policy at Manchester University and surpassing that she worked as a researcher at the Equal Opportunities Commission. Martin's interests are in Alternative Economics, such as the pressure group Positive Money, Chorlton Philosophy Group, English History, Music, Classic Cars and Bikes and stuff a Grandad.   Beverly D'AlessioAppointed to the TrusteeWorkbenchat CitizensTranslatingManchester in 2017 and now the Chair of the BusinessMinutiaeand Research & Campaigns Committee, Beverly has worked as a Business and IT Consultant for a number of multi-national organisations and, as an self-sustaining consultant and coach, has worked on a diverse range of projects wideness the private, public and voluntary sectors. Her preliminaries is in large scale IT Transformation, Strategic Client Management, Sales Operations and Programme Assurance and she has been a Vice President and Senior Executive in Capgemini, IBM and Fujitsu Services. She has been particularly involved over the last 20 years in the Welfare Sector and is most interested in the role today's digital transformation can play in helping unhook support and independence to the most vulnerable in society.    Fiona McNairFiona McNair is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser who has worked wideness both the public and private sector.  This has included working as a divisional Finance Director involved in group wide financial controls and risk management processes, and work specialising in assessing corporate and tax governance wideness a wholesale range of businesses. She currently works for HMRC in the National Compliance team of Large Business. She moreover sits on the workbench of CitizensTranslatingGreater Manchester and has volunteered for a number of years on the management committee of the Manchester Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. She has previously been a School Governor and worked specifically on Pupil Premium, ensuring investments were focused on improving both inclusion and outcomes for children from low income families. She is passionate well-nigh the importance of CAM's work in both supporting individuals and in giving them a voice to modernize the legislation and practices impacting them through our campaigning.   Holly MarkinHolly Markin has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years in a range of large organisations in both the private and public sector.  In recent years she has moreover trained as a psychotherapist and works in both private practice and with AnxietyUK, a Manchester based charity.   She has been a Trustee with CAM for the last 12 months and really enjoys working with an organisation that urgently supports so many people through difficult times.   Michael KayMichael Kay has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years and is currently Head of Sales at BT Global Services. With a variety of sales, marketing and leadership roles, Michael has specialised in transformational IT networking  projects. As an zippy fund raiser, he continues to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and North West Air Ambulance through many events that sometimes combine his passion for cycling.  Nicola SansomNicola Sansom is CEO of S.A.L.V.E. International who have been working with street-connected children and their families in Jinja, Eastern Uganda since 2008. S.A.L.V.E. specialises in supporting the hardest to reach young people living on the streets, for example children who are fond to sniffing ramjet fuel, who would not normally be worldly-wise to wangle services. She is an alumni Clore Social Leadership Fellow focussed on homelessness and how to measure impact in small organisations and a former Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School. She is a passionate campaigner for social justice.
